python3-lxc software package provides Linux Containers userspace tools (Python 3.x bindings), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-lxc
python3-lxc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-lxc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-lxc *
You will get with python3-lxc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
